The board of management of the Children’s Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (CATT) has refused to step down.
It has rejected a call from line minister Vandana Mohit for members’ resignation after the minister disclosed a $77 million liability at the agency.
CATT chairman Marsha Bailey told the Express yesterday the board had no intention of resigning before the end of its term in October 2026.
