A shouting match between Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath and Laventille West MP Kareem Marcelle in the Parliament yesterday caused House Speaker Jagdeo Singh to exclaim that it was enough!” and to lecture both benches to stay focused on the business at hand.
“Let’s stop it,” he urged.
