PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago — Dominic Rampersad has been appointed Chairman of Guardian Holdings Limited, succeeding Robert Almeida, who will complete his term as chairman on September 30, 2026.
In a statement on Wednesday, the board of directors of Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) revealed that Rampersad will assume the chairmanship with effect from October 1.
Describing him as a seasoned business leader, the board said Rampersad brings more than three decades of experience spanning executive leadership, strategy, finance, operations, technology and business development.
