Guardian MeĀdia has learned that the reĀscindĀed note, reĀportĀedĀly draftĀed by forĀmer atĀtorĀney genĀerĀal RegiĀnald ArĀmour, inĀcludĀed recĀomĀmenĀdaĀtions for both reapĀpointĀments of exĀistĀing judges and new apĀpointĀments.
