SevĀerĀal judges of the InĀdusĀtriĀal Court of Trinidad and ToĀbaĀgo are now in limĀbo, folĀlowĀing a deĀciĀsion by the new UnitĀed NaĀtionĀal ConĀgress (UNC) CabĀiĀnet to reĀscind a cabĀiĀnet note on their reapĀpointĀments from the preĀviĀous PeoĀpleās NaĀtionĀal MoveĀment adĀminĀisĀtraĀtion.
Guardian MeĀdia has learned that the reĀscindĀed note, reĀportĀedĀly draftĀed by forĀmer atĀtorĀney genĀerĀal RegiĀnald ArĀmour, inĀcludĀed recĀomĀmenĀdaĀtions for both reapĀpointĀments of exĀistĀing judges and new apĀpointĀments.
