Some InĀdusĀtriĀal Court Judges have been acĀcused of seekĀing to proĀcure exĀtenĀsions in ofĀfice by deĀlayĀing their judgĀments.
The alĀleĀgaĀtion was made by lawyers for trade union acĀtivist and forĀmer OilĀfield WorkĀersā Trade Union (OWĀTU) branch secĀreĀtary AnĀthoĀny DopĀson in a reĀquest unĀder the FreeĀdom of InĀforĀmaĀtion Act (FOIA) sent to the courtās presĀiĀdent Heather Seale, last week.
In the corĀreĀsponĀdence obĀtained by Guardian MeĀdia, atĀtorĀney Aasha RamĀlal, of FreeĀdom Law ChamĀbers, said that DopĀson was conĀcerned with the timeĀly deĀlivĀery of judgĀments by the court.
