San­ta Flo­ra po­lice re­cov­ered firearms and am­mu­ni­tion fol­low­ing a re­port of two sus­pi­cious peo­ple lurk­ing in Pa­lo Seco.

Po­lice re­ceived a re­port on Thurs­day around 3.37 pm about two sus­pi­cious peo­ple wear­ing ski masks, one dressed in an or­ange pair of cov­er­alls and the oth­er in a red pair of cov­er­alls, both car­ry­ing school bags, near the G&A Mi­ni Mart along SS Erin Road.

Of­fi­cers from the San­ta Flo­ra Po­lice Sta­tion, in­clud­ing Sgt Gun­ness, WC­pl Phi­lan­dez, PC Ja­goo, and PC Collins, re­spond­ed and con­duct­ed en­quiries. Around 4.30 pm, the of­fi­cers went to an aban­doned ply­wood struc­ture with no win­dows or doors in a bushy area off STOL Road, where they found two pairs of cov­er­alls and two school­bags, as well as a black ski mask.
