Tobago business endured another day of pressure after cargo vessel Blue Wave Harmony, which was scheduled to dock in Scarborough yesterday morning, was unable to leave the Port of Spain Port on Friday night. The unexpected delay continued to place strain on business owners who were anticipating the shipment of goods.

The Sunday Express understands issues with the vessel’s hydraulic system caused the delay on Friday night.

Tobago business operator Diane Hadad yesterday called on the Government to be transparent about the issues affecting the vessel.
