More than a decade after Ruth Marchan fled Trinidad and Tobago because she believed her life was under threat after the LifeSport debacle, the Public Service Commission is proposing to declare officially that she resigned from her post on November 1, 2015.
In a notice from the Service Commissions Department posted on the Ministry of Foreign and Caricom Affairs Facebook page yesterday, the Commission invited Marchan to submit within seven days of the notice any representation she wished to make on her behalf.
It said the notice was pursuant to Regulation 49 of the Public Service Commission Regulations.
