Deputy Programme Director of the Programme for Upgrading Roads Efficiency (PURE) Hayden Phillip has been fired over allegations of “gross misconduct, acts of malfeasance, misbehaviour in public office and fundamental breaches of contract”.
He has been ordered to surrender all ministry and PURE property and barred from accessing ministry offices, databases, financial systems and official communication channels.
