National record holder Nickisha Pryce was the only Jamaican to get a podium finish at the Athlos London 26 meet in England after placing third in the women’s 400m on Friday.
Four Jamaicans competed at the athletics meet, which is open to women only, and offers lucrative prizes.
Pryce, who placed third at last weekend’s World Athletics Ultimate Championship in Budapest, Hungary, ran 49.39 seconds on Friday. It was her third fastest of the season.
