BRIDGETOWN, Barbados — Cricket fans across the region can expect some familiar faces in this year’s Caribbean Premier League (CPL), which is shaping up to be a fireworks display of international talent, with tournament organisers promising a slew of “big names” ahead of the upcoming season.
In an exclusive interview with Mason and Guest, Peter Miller, PR Manager of the CPL, revealed that fans can expect a flurry of player announcements within weeks, and a distinct Kiwi flavour to boot.
“I’m hopeful that it’ll be in the next two to three weeks, and we’ll be able to start releasing those names,” Miller said. “Ideally, everyone will know everybody who’s coming by July, for certain.”
