JusÂtice NaÂdia KanÂgaÂloo orÂdered the atÂtorÂney’s reÂlease as she upÂheld his habeas corÂpus writ yesÂterÂday evening.
In the leÂgal apÂpliÂcaÂtion, the atÂtorÂney’s lawyer BhiÂmal MaÂharaÂjh called on the T&T PoÂlice SerÂvice (TTPS) to jusÂtiÂfy his client’s proÂtractÂed deÂtenÂtion.
