The Grange Lane dualisation in Portmore, St Catherine is substantially complete, while widening works on Braeton Road and Hellshire Main Road have reached roughly 40 per cent completion, Works Minister Robert Morgan says.

He said the government is advancing approximately $3.4 billion in urban road improvements under its Capital Expenditure Programme.

Morgan gave the updates while making his contribution to the 2026/2027 Sectoral Debate in the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
