A file containing “evidence” linking Danny Guerra to the deaths of at least four individuals involved in the quarrying business once existed at the now-defunct Criminal Gang Intelligence Unit (CGIU) office in Port of Spain.

The Sunday Express was told this during a meeting with a senior officer at the CGIU office several years ago.

So why was Guerra never charged in connection with these killings?
