MINISTER of Housing and Urban Development Adrian Leonce says the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) was mandated by the Government to complete all stalled projects.

He said Edinburgh Towers in Chaguanas, which he toured yesterday, was one such development.

Leonce reported that ten other projects have already been completed, including Oasis Greens in Chaguanas, Real Springs in Valsayn, and several others in Carlsen Field, which are being completed in phases.
