The Min­istry of Cul­ture and Com­mu­ni­ty De­vel­op­ment has re­vealed that a to­tal of $16.1 mil­lion was spent to es­tab­lish and op­er­ate the Fla­va Vil­lage ini­tia­tive dur­ing Car­ni­val 2026.
