Opposition PNM MP Camille Robinson-Regis has stated that a recent medical procedure she underwent was not serious, and she expects to resume full duties in January.
Robinson-Regis, MP for Trincity-Maloney, issued a statement to this effect yesterday. She has been on leave from Parliament since shortly after the term began.
“I wish to sincerely thank the many constituents, colleagues, and well-wishers who have reached out over the past few months to enquire about my well-being. Your messages of support, prayers, and concern have been deeply appreciated,” Robinson-Regis said.
