A man has been arrested following an incident of malicious damage to a vehicle along the Western Main Road, Chaguaramas, on Saturday.

Police said the victim, reported that around 11.18 a.m. he was driving a Toyota RAV4 west along the Western Main Road in the vicinity of the Five Islands Amusement Park when he became involved in a dispute with a pedestrian.

During the altercation, the suspect allegedly threw a large stone at the vehicle’s windshield, kicked the left front headlight and struck the left wing mirror with his elbow, causing damage.
