MONTHS after leading an investigation into recently retired Police Commissioner, Erla Harewood-Christopher, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Suzette Martin is now being investigated for alleged conduct involving a gun dealer, Brent Thomas.

In a press conference called earlier today at the Police Administration Building, Port of Spain, recently appointed Commissioner of Police, Allister Guevarro made the disclosure while flanked by DCP Curt Simon and Head of Police Communications, Joanne Archie.

“What I can say is that the allegation itself is one where the firearms dealer would have indicated certain acts were carried out against him and he felt this was bordering on criminal conduct,” he said.
