LOUIS, the missing white Persian cat whose disappearance sparked a wave of online attention, was found safe early this morning and reunited with its owners.

The cat was located around 2 a.m. at Hillview Drive, Arouca, following search efforts by family members and the Hunters Search and Rescue Team.

Owner Amara Ramoo had issued a public appeal on Monday, offering a $10,000 reward for the safe return of the long-haired cat after it ran out of her parents’ home in Five Rivers, Arouca, on Sunday night.
