The ANSA McAL Group has part­nered with the Gov­ern­ment of Ja­maica to help re­store a safe and sus­tain­able wa­ter sup­ply to homes, schools, and es­sen­tial fa­cil­i­ties af­fect­ed by re­cent dis­rup­tions.

The com­pa­ny, through ANSA Chem­i­cals Ja­maica and ANSA Chem­i­cals Trinidad, is work­ing with the Na­tion­al Wa­ter Com­mis­sion (NWC) to pro­vide a con­sis­tent sup­ply of chlo­rine for potable wa­ter pro­duc­tion, along with bulk and pack­aged bleach for san­i­ta­tion.

The ini­tia­tive in­cludes sup­ply­ing chlo­rine to en­sure safe, treat­ed wa­ter for dis­tri­b­u­tion and de­liv­er­ing clean­ing agents to sani­tise more than 40 crit­i­cal fa­cil­i­ties, in­clud­ing hos­pi­tals, schools, and near­ly 4,000 homes.
