NEW National Security Minister Marvin Gonzales has described his portfolio as a āheavy oneā but said yesterday he believed every citizen of this country wanted a ācomplete turnaroundā in crime.
Gonzales took his oath of appointment at the Presidentās House yesterday, leaving behind his previous portfolio as Public Utilities Minister and replacing former national security Fitzgerald Hinds.
Gonzalesā appointment followed the installation earlier at Presidentās House of Prime Minister Stuart Young, whose Cabinet was appointed after a reshuffle.
