The National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited (NP) is reminding the public of critical safety steps to follow when handling LPG cylinders, following reports of an explosion that resulted in the death of Ria George.
In expressing condolences to the family, NP advised that once a cylinder enters a customer’s business or residential remind a soapy water test should be performed at the connections between the regulator and the valve, the regulator and the hose and the hose and the stove, before its use.
