A pre­ven­tive de­ten­tion or­der (PDO) has been is­sued for Neisha/Nisha Ramkissoon, who has been de­scribed as the “love in­ter­est” of Re­sis­tance Gang leader Robert “R Man” Paul.

Al­though the le­gal no­tice, signed by Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Roger Alexan­der un­der the cur­rent State of Emer­gency pow­ers, was dat­ed Ju­ly 30, it was on­ly list­ed in the Gazette yes­ter­day.

It al­so re­mained un­clear up to last evening if Ramkissoon, who was al­leged to be con­nect­ed to the kid­nap­ping for ran­som of An­isha Ho­sein-Singh in May 2024, had yet been de­tained by law en­force­ment agents.
