Young adÂjustÂed sevÂen minÂistries, inÂcludÂing apÂpointÂing forÂmer MinÂistry of FiÂnance perÂmaÂnent secÂreÂtary and forÂmer High ComÂmisÂsionÂer to the UnitÂed KingÂdom, VishÂnu DhanÂpaul, as the new MinÂisÂter of FiÂnance.
Colm ImÂbert was apÂpointÂed the MinÂisÂter of PubÂlic UtilÂiÂties, while MarÂvin GonÂzaÂles was named MinÂisÂter of NaÂtionÂal SeÂcuÂriÂty. FitzgerÂald Hinds was reÂalÂloÂcatÂed as a MinÂisÂter in the OfÂfice of the Prime MinÂisÂter.
