People's National Movement (PNM) General Secretary and former Member of Parliament for La Horquetta/Talparo, Foster Cummings, has strongly condemned what he described as baseless and defamatory allegations made against him during the 2025 general election campaign.
Cummings was accused of inappropriate behaviour involving women in his office in a widely circulated social media video. The video featured a man with cornrows who claimed he had witnessed beds being removed from Cummings’ office—an allegation Cummings has firmly rejected.
Responding to the incident, Cummings expressed deep disappointment with the tone and tactics of the recent campaign, contrasting it with what he described as the more respectful and issues-focused campaign of 2020.
