Jamaican dancehall star Vybz Kartel has made it clear that there is no issue with him performing in Trinidad and Tobago and the position taken by Defence Minister Wayne Sturge.
In a video posted to his social media platforms on Thursday, the entertainer, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, responded to Sturge’s decision to restrict aspects of his upcoming visit, saying the problem does not lie with him (Sturge), but rather with the event promoter.
“Since recently I’ve been seeing a lot of things in the media as regards to Vybz Kartel performing in Trinidad. There is no problem with Vybz Kartel performing in Trinidad,” Kartel said in the video.
