A homeĀless man has takĀen over the chilĀdrenās play zone at IrvĀing Park in San FerĀnanĀdo, leavĀing famĀiĀlies too frightĀened to use the space.
ResĀiĀdents said the rest of the park reĀmains unĀtouched, but the play area, once filled with chilĀdren, is now covĀered with tarĀpauĀlin and a matĀtress, with the man livĀing inĀside the strucĀture. They said he sleeps there durĀing the day and beĀhaves erĀratĀiĀcalĀly at night.
One resĀiĀdent said she saw him walkĀing naked and no longer feels safe tendĀing to her garĀden.
