KENNY Phillips has been a champion of local culture for over four decades.
The legendary arranger and music producer of KMP Lab, calypsonian and CEO of WACK Radio 90.1 FM, which is dedicated to local cultural content, has now added another title to an already exhaustive line-up – that of chairman of the National Academy of the Performing Arts (NAPA).
It is the first of the cultural boards to be appointed. Deputy chairman is Jason Sylvester.
