Westmoreland man charged after allegedly leaving voter ID card at house he robbed

The police in Westmoreland have charged a man who allegedly robbed a house and left his voter identification card behind.

He is 25-year-old Delano Smith, otherwise called ‘Rick’, a labourer of Shanty Town in Little London, who is charged with housebreaking and larceny.

He was charged on Monday after a question-and-answer session conducted in the presence of his attorney.
