Former Cabinet Minister and PNP stalwart Dean Peart has died

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Former Cabinet Minister and People’s National Party (PNP) stalwart Dean Peart has died.

Observer Online understands that Peart passed on Sunday morning. He was 77 years old.

Peart led, at various times, the ministries of labour, environment and lands, and local government.
