Grenadian soca artiste and winner of the Ultimate Soca ChamĀĀĀĀpion competition Blaka Dan (Wrenroy Ogiste) plans to use part of his $1 million prize money to assist young people in his hometown of Crochu, St Andrew, Grenada.
In a WhatsApp exchange with the Sunday Express yesterday, Blaka Danāwho grew up in Enterprise, Chaguanasāsaid he was happy to create history as the winner of the inaugural compeĀtition.
His soca release, āBlessingā, is one of the biggest songs for Carnival 2025.
