A char­tered sur­vey­or is call­ing for pri­vate sec­tor land­lords fund­ed by the State to be placed on a search­able data­base.

In a state­ment over the week­end, Afra Ray­mond said in the ear­ly 2000s, the then-Peo­ple’s Na­tion­al Move­ment ad­min­is­tra­tion, un­der the late Patrick Man­ning, made am­bi­tious ur­ban de­vel­op­ment pro­pos­als in­tend­ed to re­duce the State’s his­toric de­pen­dence on pri­vate-sec­tor land­lords.
