“It is a comÂmitÂment we made — we will conÂsidÂer and exÂplore what we can do to open that reÂfinÂery,” PerÂsad BissesÂsar said. “We have agreed to esÂtabÂlish a comÂmitÂtee to deÂvelÂop a stratÂeÂgy to reÂacÂtiÂvate the Guaracara reÂfinÂery. Your repÂreÂsenÂtaÂtives will be on that comÂmitÂtee toÂgethÂer with our exÂperts, but we have to go in there and asÂsess what is there.”
“Do I have your perÂmisÂsion to set up this comÂmitÂtee to exÂplore the strateÂgies for openÂing that reÂfinÂery, reÂopenÂing?” she asked the crowd.
