KINGSTON, Jamaica—Two males were among the 22 people who submitted claims relating to sexual harassment to the Sexual Harassment Tribunal which started reviewing cases of sexual harassment complaints at the workplace in July last year.
At least half the complaints were from employees in the private sector.
By December 31, 2025, the tribunal had confirmed receipt of the complaints filed by 20 females and two males. The information is outlined in the 2025 edition of the Economic and Social Survey Jamaica, a publication of the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ).
