There is currently no clear-cut method for the disposal of lithium batteries in Barbados.

Chief Operating Officer at Megapower Barbados, Christopher McFarlane, told the Business Report that the situation is an open issue.

McFarlane also views this challenge as a significant opportunity for entrepreneurship.
