A man has been orÂdered to pay a litÂtle over $100,000 in comÂpenÂsaÂtion to two women who were inÂjured afÂter his teenage daughÂter crashed inÂto them while driÂving his car.
Mark Mc InÂtyre was orÂdered to pay the comÂpenÂsaÂtion to KatÂsha James and AnÂsoÂnia Pierre, afÂter High Court Judge Joan Charles upÂheld their case against him and his daughÂter, JenÂdayi, last week.
The lawÂsuit reÂlatÂed to an acÂciÂdent which ocÂcurred along CharÂlotte Street in Port-of-Spain on DeÂcemÂber 15, 2017.
