U.S. PresĀiĀdent DonĀald Trumpās speĀcial enĀvoy KeiĀth KelĀlogg said in Kyiv on MonĀday that ofĀfiĀcials are āworkĀing very, very hardā on efĀforts to end the three-year war beĀtween RusĀsia and Ukraine, as a lack of progress fuĀels doubts about whether a peace setĀtleĀment could be on the horiĀzon.
OfĀfiĀcials are āhopĀing to get to a poĀsiĀtion where, in the near term, we have, with a lack of a betĀter term, seĀcuĀriĀty guarĀanĀteesā that adĀdress Ukraineās fears of anĀothĀer inĀvaĀsion by RusĀsia in the fuĀture, KelĀlogg said.
