Unit­ed Na­tion­al Con­gress (UNC) Fyz­abad can­di­date Dave Tan­coo has again promised there will be no de­val­u­a­tion un­der a UNC gov­ern­ment and that the par­ty has a plan for Ce­dros/Moru­ga area which would tap in­to op­por­tu­ni­ties in near­by Guyana and Suri­name.
