A vehicle belonging to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Social Welfare Association was reported stolen early Tuesday morning and recovered several hours later in Maraval.
According to police, around 12.30 a.m. on June 24, the vehicle—a silver Toyota Corolla Fielder Wagon Hybrid, valued at $95,000—was parked and secured in the open yard of a residence along the Paria Main Road, Blanchisseuse.
The vehicle was discovered missing around 3.10 a.m. by a 45-year-old male resident, who reported the matter to the Blanchisseuse Police Station. He confirmed that no one had permission to use the vehicle.
