Murder toll climbs to 7 after St James double killing

TRINIDAD and Tobago recorded its second double murder in the first five days of 2026.

The latest incident was reported just after 8 p.m. on Monday along Belle Vue Road, Long Circular, St James, near the Belle Vue Community Centre.

According to police reports, residents of the area heard a series of loud explosions.
