A MAN who claimed to be in a cohabitational relationship with an 83-year-old woman and who sought possession of her property through the court had his applications dismissed by a judge.

Justice Ricky Rahim found that the two were not in such a union, despite the man referring to the woman as his wife.

He ordered the man to leave the Petit Bourg premises and surrender possession of the house to the woman’s two daughters and her caregiver.
