Minister of Land and Legal Affairs, Saddam Hosein, has condemned what he deemed the rearing of the nasty head of racism.

In a post to Facebook yesterday, Hosein said: “I have noted over the last 48 hours, that the nasty head of racism has reared its ugly head from murky waters.”

“When a prominent member of a small community in Trinidad and Tobago described the East Indian community in the most vile and toxic manner, not a single member of the PNM condemned the attack. That silence remains deafening throughout our country. I can only draw one conclusion, that the PNM remains afraid of their financiers.
