The Trinidad and To­ba­go Me­te­o­ro­log­i­cal Ser­vice (TTMS) has again sus­pend­ed its rou­tine fore­cast prod­ucts and ser­vices at the Syn­op­tic (Fore­cast­ing) Branch due to a staff short­age.

This dis­rup­tion was ex­pressed in an email dis­sem­i­nat­ed to the me­dia which in­di­cat­ed that fore­cast prod­ucts and ser­vices will re­sume at 7:15 p.m. to­day (Oc­to­ber 1).

The last pub­lic weath­er fore­cast is­sued by the TTMS was at 6:12 a.m. to­day, al­ready miss­ing the 10 a.m. fore­cast and, based on the in­for­ma­tion in the email, the 4 p.m. fore­cast will not be is­sued.
