AMID Opposition accusations that the Government is splurging on events while citizens face hardship, entertainer Yung Bredda (Akhenaton Lewis) has disclosed that he did not receive any payment for his performance at the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) Christmas luncheon.
The event was held last Friday at the Diplomatic Centre, St Ann’s, where staff were treated to lunch and entertainment, joined by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Minister of Public Utilities Barry Padarath, and Senator Darrell Allahar, who also serves as a Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister.
On Saturday, Opposition MP Stuart Young shared photographs from the luncheon on social media, including one with the Prime Minister and Yung Bredda.
