AN autopsy performed on the body of grandmother Shelawaithe Bedasse has confirmed that she died from asphyxia consistent with hanging.
Investigating officers say there was no evidence at the scene of the hanging to indicate that anyone else was involved.
But Bedasse's relatives and friends are questioning whether she did it on her own because of her state of mind, or whether the 57-year-old Cedros woman was forced to do it.
