Myers was originally from Brandon Hill, near the St Andrew-St Mary border.

Police said they entered the unit due to “exigent circumstances” — an emergency requiring immediate action — and found Myers and Morgan dead inside.

“The deceased were previously married to each other, and the incident appears to have been domestic in nature,” the department said in a statement.
