Colourful umbrellas briefly stole the spotlight at the National Botanical Gardens before the music reclaimed it, as the white-hot energy of the Tipsy Music Festival proved impossible to cool.
The All White Party edition of the annual two-day festival delivered a night of relentless entertainment, with Barbadian favourites holding their own alongside regional stars as thousands of patrons sang, danced and shrugged off a passing shower.
From the moment gates opened, patrons—many armed with folding chairs, umbrellas and hand fans—settled in for an evening of music. By 6:30 p.m., the venue was steadily filling with a mix of young and longtime Crop Over enthusiasts.
