Barbados Tennis Association President Craig Smith has called for greater collaboration among the sport’s stakeholders as he stressed the need for a more united approach to drive continued development of the sport.
Smith made the call on Sunday at the Raymond Forde Tennis Centre in Wildey during the official launch of the third annual South West Open, which is currently being played at the venue.
“I believe the time has come for us to work even more closely together in the pursuit of common goals. When we collaborate, everyone benefits—our players, our tournaments, and ultimately the sport of tennis in Barbados,” Smith said.
