The convicted murderer called âa threat and a danger to societyâ was sentenced to 40 years in prison when he appeared in the No. 4 Supreme Court.
However, Ramon Akeem Doyle will spend 35 years, 239 days after his time on remand was deducted from the starting sentence.
Doyle, of Leinster Road, Waterford, St Michael, had gone on trial for murdering 39-year-old Victor Watson, formerly of Lower Deacons Road, St Michael, on December 3, 2021.
